We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
• $4.99 flat rate on orders under $35

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

During peak holiday weeks carriers can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering seasonal décor early.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the link in your order confirmation email to check its status at any time.

Multiple packages

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You never pay extra shipping when this happens.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, or something arrives damaged, email anhcd01.teamshopify@proton.me within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.
